The Nissan X-Trail triumphs at the Women's World Car of the Year Awards: In the 13th edition of the award, which is presented exclusively by women automotive journalists, the model was named the best large SUV of 2023. The jury praised its spaciousness, comfortable ride and e-POWER electrified powertrain. The X-Trail, which is offered in more than 100 markets, is one of Nissan's most successful vehicles worldwide. Built on the Alliance CMF-C platform, the fourth-generation model boasts a muscular design and advanced technologies. The combination of the e-POWER system and the e-4ORCE all-wheel drive system, which uses electric motors on each axle, provides an electric driving experience without the need for external charging. e-POWER consists of a high-capacity battery and an integrated powertrain with a variable compression ratio gasoline engine, a power generator, an inverter and a 150-kW electric motor in the front. The wheels are powered exclusively by electricity, resulting in an instant, linear response in acceleration. With seven seats, the X-Trail is also perfect for trips with extended family or friends.
