Florida man arrested after launching fireworks from moving car

A passenger was caught launching fireworks from a moving car on the I-95 in St. Johns County, Florida on the Fourth of July. The man was arrested and initially charged with shooting a deadly missile from a moving vehicle, but the charge has since been dropped by the State Attorney's Office.
