Bentley Motors today unveils the third modern Bentley coachbuilt: the Batur Convertible. Created by Mulliner, Bentley's bespoke division and the world's oldest coachbuilder, the Batur Convertible follows the Bacalar barchetta and the Batur coupé, two handcrafted masterpieces of extreme refinement. With the Batur Convertible, Mulliner continues its long tradition of making truly individual cars tailored to the desires of its extraordinary customers.\n\nThe Batur Convertible follows the innovative design introduced by the coupé version, which will ultimately guide the design of Bentley's future creations. The Batur Convertible retains the most powerful version of Bentley's iconic W12, with a hand-built 6.0-liter twin-turbo engine producing 750 hp, which has metaphorically and literally propelled Bentley's success over the past two decades. With the engine's production set to end this summer, the Batur Convertible will be one of the last Bentleys to use this extraordinary powertrain.
