Lotus unveils Emeya, its first 100% electric Hyper-GT

The Lotus Emeya sets a new benchmark in terms of driving and the sensations it provides, combining 75 years of engineering and design expertise with the latest innovations, offering drivers a 100% electric model with true driving pleasure and exceptional performance. It features advanced active aerodynamic specifics, such as its innovative active grille or the diffuser and rear spoiler. Combined with a low center of gravity that Lotus calls 'hyperstance', these elements enhance stability while driving and set a new standard in the GT segment for driving and handling excellence. The Lotus Emeya has an electronically controlled pneumatic suspension system. Its advanced onboard sensors analyze the road 1,000 times per second and automatically adjust the trajectory, ensuring a smooth ride. The range-topping Emeya model is equipped with a very powerful Lotus dual motor that achieves a top speed of over 155 mph (250 km/h) and accelerates from 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 km/h) in less than 2.8 seconds, making the Lotus Emeya one of the fastest 100% electric GTs in the world.
