Young Carer: Action Day in Nuremberg

Over 500,000 children and adolescents in Germany take care of sick relatives such as their own mother, father, or grandmother. They have to take on far too much responsibility too early and at the same time manage school or studies. However, the achievements of these children, known as Young Carers, are still far too rarely perceived and taken into account in their environment. To change this, an action day took place in Nuremberg today.
