A farmer fences in his pasture for Galloway cattle. The fence built for this purpose (knot wire fence) is 2 m high. The building authority demands that the farmer remove the entire fence system. The farmer explains why the fence needs to be so high. The building authority still wants the demolition. Now only a court can decide whether the pasture fence must go - or not.
