Decommissioned cruise ship capsizes during high tide at Chinese waterfront

A 520-foot cruise ship used as a floating hotel capsized on the Ou River in Wenzhou, China, on Tuesday. The "Mingzhu No. 7", out of service for around 14 years, rolled onto its side during a high tide.
