The US struck targets in Iran again overnight into Monday — the fourth wave of attacks since Wednesday. Tehran launched counter-strikes on targets in Bahrain and Kuwait. UN Secretary General António Guterres warned of catastrophic consequences and called for an immediate return to negotiations.
