Storm Boelo causes sea foam chaos on English coastal road

A coastal road in Lancashire, England was blanketed in thick sea foam during Storm Boelo on October 25. Footage from inside a car shows large clumps of foam swirling through the air, making it look more like a snowstorm than a storm surge.
